Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns: We only accept returns for defective items or mistakes on our part. If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will cover all costs, including shipping, and send you a replacement.
Refunds: Refunds are only possible if the courier confirms your package has been lost. This does not apply to standard or non-tracked shipping. Aside from this situation, we do not offer refunds.
Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. In exceptional cases where a cancellation is approved, a 12% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative and processing expenses.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to return items to the correct address provided via email.
- Returned products will be inspected, and once verified, a replacement will be sent.
- Customers should carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
Sizing Advice: To ensure the best fit, customers should refer to our sizing guide before purchasing. If unsure, we recommend reaching out to us via email for further assistance. Unless otherwise stated, our designs tend to be loose-fitting, slightly oversized, and longer than standard sizing.
